Let’s not get it twisted people, big girls can be BIG and still be very healthy. If you need copy of my blood work and last doctor visit, ill be happy to provide.
I work out 3-4x a week with my busy schedule, if its not with my trainer I’m walking trails, I’m walking NYC daily running to each client, I’m doing my daily routine of squats to lift this booty, I find little workouts I can do while I’m working on projects at my desk… If you are determined you will find the way.
When it comes to eating, I try, not going lie, I TRY to eat good. I mix it up, if I have a craving I eat it, but I’m careful with my portions. I usually start my morning with a Juice. Juicing has changed my life drastically, my skin is bananas, allergies are gone and the nutrients I get from each glass is insane. My favorite juice is 1 Beet, 1 Apple, 2 handfuls of Spinach, 1 Carrot, half of Cucumber and a smidge of Ginger. Delishhhhhhhh!!! Do it for a week and you will see the difference, I promise.
Meal prep is KEY!!! I usually make two separate meals on Sunday so I don’t get bored with one dish. I run around so much that sometimes eating on the go is the only way, and who wants to eat out every meal, that money adds up. Think about it; if you eat out for breakfast/lunch/dinner daily, you are probably paying somewhere between $5-7 for breakfast, $10-12 for lunch, $25-30+ for dinner. So $40-49+ a day, $280-343+ a week, $1,120-1,372+ a month. Look at the math, that’s a lot. No thanks… I’ll cook again Thursday or Friday and enjoy my weekend. I cheat every once in awhile; but I definitely don’t deprive myself of yumminess but If I eat something that I know was like yikesss, I work it off at my next workout.
What you put in and do to your body will eventually show on your body. Remember that!
